The Carolina Western Pub project called for a design that balanced the warmth of a neighborhood gathering place with the operational demands of a high-volume food and beverage operation. Every detail — from layout and flow to material selection and lighting — was considered as part of a cohesive hospitality experience built to perform night after night.
