We are licensed across seven states and have delivered projects spanning commercial, medical, governmental, hospitality, industrial, recreational, residential, and religious sectors.

OUR APPROACH

STEP 1

LISTEN FIRST — Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand your vision, your site, and what success looks like for you before a single line is drawn.

STEP 2

DESIGN WITH PURPOSE — We bring 36 years of experience across every project type to craft spaces that are functional, enduring, and distinctly suited to their use.

STEP 3

BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS —Many of our clients return to us year after year. That trust is the foundation of everything we do.

JEFF LEWIS

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Jeff Lewis has been shaping the built environment of South Carolina and beyond for over 36 years. Founded on the belief that great architecture begins with great relationships, Jeff Lewis AIA has grown into a full-service firm trusted by clients across commercial, medical, governmental, hospitality, industrial, recreational, residential, and religious sectors.

A graduate of Tulane University's School of Architecture, Jeff brings a rigorous academic foundation and decades of real-world experience to every project. Licensed in seven states (Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Texas, and Wyoming), he has built a reputation not just for the quality of his designs, but for the depth of his client relationships. Many of the firm's projects come through referrals and long-standing partnerships built over years of consistent, thoughtful work.

Jeff's approach is rooted in listening. Before a concept is drawn, he takes time to understand the unique demands of each site, each client, and each project. That process, unhurried, collaborative, and detail-oriented, is what has kept clients coming back for decades.

The firm has twice received the Historic Columbia Foundation Preservation Award, in 2013 and again in 2019, a recognition of Jeff's commitment to thoughtful design that respects both the built and natural environment. He has also been recognized as a Columbia Metropolitan Best of Architects nominee for multiple consecutive years.

When he's not designing, Jeff is most likely on a golf course, building the kinds of relationships that have always been at the heart of his practice.
