The Richland Skeet Range Pavilion project presented an opportunity to design a public facility that serves its community with both function and character. Jeff Lewis AIA approached this governmental commission with the same care and attention brought to every project in the portfolio, delivering a pavilion that is durable, well-sited, and built to serve Richland County residents for years to come. With 18 photographs documenting the completed facility, this project represents one of the firm's most thoroughly documented governmental commissions.
